The SONEX SX-20518 produces two lines of lockstitch sewing and features two vertical-axis rotating hooks. Being of a modern design is has an automatic lubrication system feeding all important moving parts. The machine has a synchronized feeding system, with the needle bar and bottom feed mechanisms moving in time: To combine into a more stable motion which helps prevent uneven material feeding & ply shifting etc, and results in a better and more precise stitched seam.

This machine is extensively used in HOT AIR BALLOON, PARACHUTE & PARAGLIDER and DEFENCE EQUIPMENT Manufacture. It is also ideally suited to attaching STRIPS, CURTAIN HEADING TAPE, VELCRO, LACE and wherever twin needle sewing is required. Large Rotary Hooks allow 2.5 times the amount of thread in the bobbin which makes the A320 ideal for long seam runs or where thick thread is used.

All standard features are fitted like: Dial adjustable stitch length, reverse stitch lever, large hand wheel etc. SX-20518m-d /SX-20518b-d model is control with digital circuits, with automatic thread trimmer, automatic needle positioning, automatic stitch numbers, and other functions.
